Authorities in Miami County say they have found a man’s body in a pond near west 247th street and Highway 69 in Miami County. This is very close to where a missing Olathe man, Jordan Yust went missing on March 3rd. His car was found on the shoulder of northbound 69 Highway near 247th. Miami County Undersheriff Matthew Kelly spoke with KSHB TV:
Yust, left his home on March 3rd after making comments about self harm. He also left his cell phone at home that day. Several people have reported possible sightings of him in recent days. The search for Yust has involved specially-trained dogs, the Kansas Search and Rescue Team, the Missouri Search and Rescue Team, the Kansas Highway Patrol Aviation Unit as well as multiple drone searches.
