OTTAWA — An electric fire did about $10,000 in damage to a house in the 1200 block of South Ash in Ottawa Sunday afternoon. Ottawa Fire Chief Jeff Carner said the electical fire ignited some clothing. The homeowner put out the fire before firefighters arrived, he said.
