OTTAWA — The Ottawa City Band will play one of John Phillips Souza’s favorite marches, “Under the Double Eagle” written by Josef Wagner tonight. Weather permitting, the city band will perform at 7:30 tonight at City Park. Band director Courtney Lewis said marches are always popular and each concert will have lots of marches. The city band will perform on Tuesday night through Independence Day.
