OTTAWA — Franklin County will lend a helping hand to Coffey County’s swine flu vaccination effort. County emergency management director Alan Radcliffe said Coffey County asked for Franklin County mobile command center when that county found out the Coffey County Health Department building has black mold. Coffey County will use the mobile command center trailer to continue dispensing swine flu vaccines, he said.
Franklin County commissioners agreed to lend the trailer, which was paid by a federal emergency grant and is to be used for the entire region.
