LAWRENCE – Ken Starr, the former independent counsel whose investigations led to the impeachment of Pres. Bill Clinton will speak at the University of Kansas School of Law Thursday afternoon at 12:30 at Green Hall. It’s free and open to the public. Besides being involved in cClinton’s impeachment, Starr has been a federal appeals judge and U.S. Solicitor General. He is dean of the Pepperdine University School of Law and is involved in several conservative lawsuits
