OTTAWA — The expansion project at Ransom Memorial Hospital has been delayed because of the weather, administrator Larry Felix said. Otherwise, the project remains on track, he said. The contractor is in the process of sinking the piers for the addition’s foundation and construction is progressing along, he said. A new obstetrics wing and surgery suite is being added and the patient rooms will be overhauled and updated.
