WELLSVILLE–Folks in Wellsville probably got a little alarmed when their power went off for a while Thursday night. KCPL officials say power for 1300 customers went off about 7:20. Equipment failure caused by the extreme cold and wind was blamed for the problem….KCPL says weather conditions also complicated fixing the problem.
