OTTAWA — A 43-year-old Williamsburg man is in jail on suspicion of sexually exploiting children. Franklin County Undersheriff Steve Lunger said Timothy Allen Wareham will have to see a judge before any bond is set. The arrest came after the sheriff’s department received reports that a man had enticed juveniles to take photos of themselves in various stages of undress, Lunger said.
