BURLINGAME — Prosecutors and defense attorneys ended up with 52 potential Osage County jurors for the murder trial of James Kraig Kahler. The Topeka Capital-Journal reported those potential jurors have been ordered to report to the Osage County courthouse on Friday. Attorneys will then begin the process of selecting 12 jurors and three alternates to hear the charges against Kahler. Kahler is charged with killing his wife, Karen Kahler; his teenaged daughters Lauren and Emily; and Karen Kahler’s grandmother Dorothy Wight at Wight’s house in Burlingame during the Thanksgiving weekend of 2009.
