OTTAWA — The first hearing for a 18-year-old Lebo man charged with sex crimes involving a 13-year-old girl has been continued to Sept. 26 in Franklin County District Court. James Lewis is free on $15,000 bond. He has been charged with rape, aggravated indecent liberties with a child and solicitation of a child.
