HONOLULU, Hawaii — A former Marine from El Dorado was arrested in Hawaii after he sent e-mails from Thailand that threatened to kill Vice President Joe Biden. The U.S. Secret Service arrested Justin Woodward when he arrived at a Honolulu airport Friday from a flight from Bangkok. Woodward is in jail and has a hearing Wednesday. The Topeka Capital-Journal reported that his e-mail says Biden tried to control his mind and tried to force him to kill President Obama. The Marines gave Woodward a medical discharged because of mental illness. The newspaper said that Woodward was treated at a Veteran’s Administration clinic in Wichita and Osawatomie State Hospital before he moved to Thailand.
