OLATHE — A major highway interchange in Johnson County will be closed Thursday between the two rush hours. The Kansas Eepartment of Transportation said the southbound I-35 ramp to eastbound I-435 will be shut down 9 a.m.-3 p.m. for pavement grinding. KDOT says drivers must find detours and should expect delays.
