OTTAWA — A 64-year-old Pomona man was injured in a one-vehicle accident Wednesday night west of Ottawa. But his destination wasn’t the hospital; it was the jail. The Franklin County Sheriff’s office said Billy Coley was traveling east on K-68 when he tried to make a right turn at Eisenhower Road and drove off the road. He was booked into the jail on several counts, including DUI, refusal to take a breath test, possession of marijuana, transporting an open container of alcohol, possession of drug paraphernalia and resisting arrest.
