Franklin County continues trying to figure out how to deal with labor shortages that have affected all facets of society. County Administrator Derek Brown, says solutions will have to come by using the imagination to some extent:
Brown previously said that current employees may have to do some extra duty to compensate for the inability to get enough staff.
