Honoring Veterans has been a special occasion in Ottawa. this year is no exception. A two week celebration of our Vets started last week. American flags lining Main Street from 7th Street all the way around City Park, with various displays honoring our Vets, covering almost the entire park. Today, the big parade. The parade starts at 10:45; reenactments at Forest Park begin at noon and the displays in City Park will remain through next week.
