In case you missed it, Daylight Savings Time ended over the weekend, clocks fell back anhour. Hope you’re not getting to work or school ah hour early by forgetting. One thing you don’t want to miss out on is fire safety in your home. the time hinge is a great time to change the batteries in smoke detectors, or replace them entirely. Ottawa Fire chief, Tim Mathias says they can do that for you:
Mathias says that the Fire Department will come to your home if you like and let you know where the detectors need to be placed and even install them for you if you like.
