,It looks like the rest of the lots at an area called The Coves will likely be sold. The Ottawa City Commission, which also acts as a Land Bank, met in a Land Bank Session, to consider offers in which George Ogle offered to buy two lots and a buyer named Joseph Whelan, offered to buy all the rest of the lots. City Attorney Blaine Finch says he needs to clarify to Whelan that instead of the 28 lots he wanted, he would only get 26 after two are sold to Ogle.
Two previous auctions were held where individual lots were sold and assuming the current offers go through, this would complete the sale of The Coves.
