The Ottawa City Commission is considering an agreement with an entity to act as a Fixed Base Operator, or an FBO, at the Ottawa Municipal Airport. Ottawa Public Works Director, Michael Haeffele, says there is an advantage in having a FBO:
The City Commission is expected to consider and likely approve the agreement at their November 17th meeting.
