The Ottawa City Commission will hold its weekly Study Session this afternoon and the first item on the Agenda is the swearing in of a new Commissioner. City Manager Richard Nienstedt:
Other items on the Agenda include more talk of a Fixed Base Operator for the Ottawa Airport and a discussion of the Kansas Cottages Housing Proposal in the 1700 block of Elm.
Commissioners have changed the time of Wednesday’s meeting to evening to accommodate members of the public that would like to speak for or against the proposal. The Study will take place at 4:00 this afternoon at City Hall and will be live streamed on the City of Ottawa’s Facebook page.
