The Ottawa city Commission is considering using a private company to help track residents that violate City Codes. community Development Director, Wyndee Lee, says the company, called Prochamp, would help the City with code violations:
Lee says if the City Commission agrees to use the company, rental structures would be assessed a fee that would pay for tracking code violators.
