The subject of prayer occupied a good part of the Franklin County Commission Study Session yesterday. Commissioner Ianne Dickinson noted that prayer is needed for more general needs:
All of the Commissioners supported opening regular meetings with prayer, but emphasized that there needs to be more organization to assure a pastor is available to deliver the prayer.
