The Ottawa City Commission has approved establishing a Tax Increment Finance District for what is called the Southern Project Plan located around 19th and Princeton. Financial Consultant Tyler Ellsworth, says it encompasses the area south of the Price Chopper Store:
Action on the Premier Auto Project Plan South 59 TIF District was postponed until January. A Public Hearing on the matter was also continued until the January 19th City Commission Meeting.
