The Ottawa City Commission heard a proposal yesterday for a solar project that would be shared with several other towns. Brandon Sack of Evergy told Commissioners that the system would have a built-in tracking system:
If the city participated in the program, they would have the option of buying the solar array after seven years, at a cost of a little over $6 million.
