A new sanitary sewer for the north part of Ottawa may finally be getting closer to reality. The Ottawa City Commission reviewed the latest version of the Capital Improvement Plan during its Study Session and Utilities Director, Dennis Tharp and others discussed the sewer project:
Tharp says the project has been discussed for probably 15 years and it’s time to make the improvement.
