The future for Ottawa Main Street Association seems assured; at least for the next 12 months. After hearing about several changes, the Ottawa City Commission has agreed to continue funding the organization through 2022. Acting Association Director, Cal Lantis, told commissioners despite the well publicized troubles of the group, life would not be the same without Main Street:
The Association has gone through some internal strife the last several years and City officials are hopeful some new faces will give new life to the organization.
