Franklin County is looking to get in on some money from a Nationwide lawsuit against manufacturers of opioids. County Administrator, Derek Brown, says the lawsuit looks to be wrapping up:
Brown says joining the lawsuit means the County is giving up the right to sue the drug manufacturers individually, but that’s something that probably wouldn’t happen anyway.
