Every December, the Kansas Department of Transportation expresses its appreciation for employees celebrating service anniversaries in January. An Ottawa resident is one of those employees that have been honored for their dedication to the job throughout the years. Equipment Operator, Gary Fox, was presented an award for celebrating 20 years with KDOT.
