To say it’s been a rough year would be a major understatement; however, this Christmas Season, once again, has been met with great spirit of giving and compassion by an amazing number of people in Ottawa. Despite all the issues facing us today, there are many reasons to be thankful. City Manager Richard Nienstedt has a message for every Ottawan:
