If you are looking for something fun to do tonight head east on 15th Street to Rockwood Acre. The neighborhood is holding it’s annual drive-through luminaria display. Thousands of them lining the winding streets of the area. Tonight they will be collecting donations for three local charities: The Blessing Box foundation, Hope House and Meals on Wheels. Organizer Liza Jaworski says they will be ready for the donations.
They are accepting canned goods, toiletries, gloves, blankets, hats, coats and much more. So, bring a big box of donations to Rockwood tonight, dim your headlights and enjoy.
The Rockwood neighborhood has been putting on the display for over 50 years.
