Osawatomie has been selected by the Sunflower Foundation as part of their Champions in Trails Leadership Program. Osawatomie City Manager, Mike Scanlon, tells us about the program:
Scanlon says that a week from today he will reveal the 2022 Work Plan for the City of Osawatomie, which he says will set Osawatomie on a course to be recognized as a Regional Leader in Redevelopment as well as Regional Leader in the use of trails to attract people into the community.
