One thing that apparently won’t need immediate attention on the City of Ottawa’s Capital Improvement Plan is the re-do of the heating and cooling system at City Hall. During the City Commission Study Session, Mayor Sara Caylor and Community Development Director, Wyndee Lee, discussed the issue:
Lee says the engineers doing the survey of City Hall and other City owned buildings had proposed a lot of work needing to be done at City Hall and staff considered many of the projects unnecessary.
