The office space that AdventHealth Ottawa leases in the Franklin County Annex, has been renewed, although not without a bit of a bump. County Administrator, Derek Brown, told the County Commission he wants to avoid any misunderstanding:
The hospital plans to consolidate office spaces three and four so a rehabilitation area can be created. Brown says he’s going to look at the lease arrangement to see if rent needs to be increased to account for inflation and other factors.
