A traffic stop at 9th and Main early this morning led to a drug bust by Ottawa Police officers. At 3:10 this morning, Ottawa police pulled over a vehicle for a routine traffic stop. After an investigation, 21 year old Hayley Bishop of Pomona and 34 year old Anthony Huber-Lowe of Topeka, were arrested and charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession of meth with intent to distribute, no drug stamp, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a firearm, possession of marijuana and taking contraband into a correctional facility.
The two were booked into the Franklin County Jail and wait formal charges from the Franklin County Attorney’s office.
