Franklin County Undersheriff Rick Geist is once again in retirement, after having served for several years in the Undersheriff position. Sheriff Jeff Richards says that at a recent retirement party, something special took place:
Prior to the Sheriff’s office, Geist worked for a number of years with the Ottawa Police Department.
