Long-time Franklin County Employee, Allen Radcliff, has decided it’s time to retire, after 36 years with the County, and yesterday was his last day on the job. County Commissioner Ianne Dickinson paid tribute to Radcliff:
After working in several different position, Radcliff’s last position was Director of Emergency Management for Franklin County.
