Normally when it rains, it makes the job of road crews more difficult. But, when it is very dry, what may be a problem at other times, may now seem like a great help. Franklin County Public Works Director, David Lee told the County Commission that a recent rain was nice to see:
Ever since Lee took the job as Public Works Director, repeated floods have made it difficult for he and his road crews. Perhaps explaining why normally he prefers some dry weather for his road crews.
