An Ottawa woman has been arrested on drug charges in Osage County following a traffic stop. According to the Osage County Sheriff’s Department, Wednesday afternoon at 1:40, a deputy conducted a traffic stop at mile post 8 on K-268 Highway for a traffic violation. During the stop and subsequent investigation, narcotics were located in the vehicle. The driver of the car, 19-year old Jackalynn Kirk of Ottawa, was taken into custody and transported to the Osage County Jail Facility on suspicion of possession of methamphetamine drug paraphernalia, marijuana and an illegal registration. A passenger in the vehicle, 32 year old Josh Fine of Quenemo was also taken into custody on suspicion of possession of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia.
