The plan to put new flooring in parts of the Franklin County Annex has proven to be a little more complicated than expected. County Administrator Derek Brown says not many contractors want to do the work:
Brown says part of the area slated for new flooring is actually the area leased to Advent Health Ottawa under a renewed lease, so the price tag for the flooring will actually be somewhat less than the amount that was approved by the County Commission.
