A project, called the Westwood Subdivision, Phase 4, has won the approval of the Ottawa City Commission for the final plat. Utilities Director Dennis Tharp talked about the project a City Commission Meeting:
The City Commission also approved a resolution accepting all public streets, storm drainage system, sanitary sewer system, water lines and electric lines as approved within Westwood Phase 4.
