Franklin County is trying to work out one final issue with the Franklin County Historical Society over their use of the Visitors’ Center. The Historical Society had requested the County put new flooring on the second floor storage room. County Administrator Derek Brown and County Commission Chair Colton Waymire discussed the price of the proposed flooring:
The Commission appeared to come to a consensus that painting the floor should be adequate. Officials will check on costs for painting before deciding on definite option.
