The 2022 Kansas Legislature convened this morning at 10:00. The Session is full of interesting and topical issues facing Kansans and the Nation. One of those is, once again, school funding. Representative and Speaker pro tem of the House, Blaine Finch, on school funding:
Other issues, Finch says, will take precedent, include property tax, repealing the tax on groceries, legalizing some form of medical marijuana, sports betting and Medicaid expansion.
