A public hearing on establishing a Tax Increment Financing District for the Premier Auto Plaza Development Project is likely to be delayed once again. Financial Consultant, Tyler Ellsworth, says the current plans for holding a hearing on January 19th should be postponed:
The original Public Hearing date for the project had been late last year, but forced a postponement due to slower than expected progress in negotiations.
