Monday at the Ottawa City Commission Study Session, three Commissioners were sworn into their positions: Emily Graves, Mike Skidmore and Eric Crowley. Ottawa City Manager, Richard Nienstedt, a proud United States Veteran, told them to remember what the Oath is truly about:
Nienstedt says he will talk with the Mayor, Eric Crowley, about his responsibilities and how people will feel the need to talk with him about concerns wherever he may be, whether that be the grocery store or just out on the street.
