Ottawa schools are not closing, but the COVID 19 surge is putting them back into territory they would rather not be in. School Superintendent, Dr. Ryan Cobbs, says students and staff are going back to wearing masks:
Cobbs says there are some signs this latest surge will decline as fast as it went up, so there’s reason for hope for better conditions in a matter of weeks or months.
