The number of people serving probation in the Fourth Judicial District appear to be largely completing their obligations without major problems. Dustin Browning is Director of Community Corrections for the Fourth Judicial District. He told the Franklin County Commission that in 2021 their goals were aimed high:
Browning says there are about 200 adult offenders on probation in the Four County area.
