Franklin County and, everyone else, has apparently received an early year Christmas gift, of sorts, courtesy of the Federal Government. The County has received a little over $5 million in Federal COVID Aid Funds and County Administrator Derek Brown says he’s received a pleasant surprise:
The County has until the end of 2024 to spend the money.
