Various agencies and departments in Franklin County are having trouble keeping adequate staff, due to the COVID pandemic. Franklin County Commission Chair, Roy Dunn, says he recently had a meeting with ECKAN:
Public Works Director, David Lee, says the landfill had to be closed at times because of staff sick with COVID.
