There’s bad news… and perhaps some good news… on the COVID surge in Franklin County. County Health officer Dr. Bud Ransom, told the Ottawa City Commission that some things are obvious:
Ransom says from 90 to 95% of the people in the hospital for COVID are not vaccinated.
Franklin County had over 800 active cases as of Friday.
