A possible new housing project in Wellsville may be one participant in a new Economic Development Program just recently announced in Kansas. The program is called “Building a Stronger Economy” or BASE, and the program hands out Grants to projects that are ready to go. At the Regular City Council Meeting, Building Inspector Pt Burton, described the project:
