There are a number of Education Bills that have been introduced into the Kansas Legislature and school officials do not like what they see. Ottawa School Superintendent Dr. Ryan Cobbs says one Bill, called the Parent’s Bill of Rights, is most concerning:
Cobbs says it would take a great amount of work on the part of teachers to fulfill this requirement.
